A perfect memory of your day starts with hours of preparation and setup before your big day begins. We stand apart by putting more preparation and planning into your day. Here’s how we prep:
- Your inquiry and follow-up consultations are built around you. We offer expanded hours of operation and conduct consultations in the evenings and on weekends. We are happy to hold a consultation in our office, over Skype or video chat, or over the telephone. The choice is up to you.
- We provide you with detailed documents, calendars, schedules, and confirmations of booking information. Your plans are sent via E-mail to ensure every detail is attended to. We are also always delighted to work with any wedding planning professionals you designate for us.
- We are happy to review your guest list, VIP list, and schedule to plan for details. We will also meet with other professionals (such as your DJ or wedding coordinator) to prepare for setup, timing and format of your wedding and reception.
